Adapter imageIn 1998 IW expanded it's product line to include general purpose adapters. These adapters come in a durable stainless steel construction and feature IW's patented center conductor captivation that makes them capable of withstanding more than 40 pounds of axial load without suffering from any electrical degradation.

IW has modularized it's adapter design to accommodate any combination of connector end types in SMA, TNC, N, SC and 7mm configurations. This gives the customer more flexibility and diversity in adapter selection. Basically this means; "If you can dream it up, we can make it! A 4-hole panel mount, a bulkhead feed through or a right angle configuration, you pick it. The sky's the limit! And we can typically deliver these assemblies in under a week!" We have provided an easy to use adapter configuration builder below to help you generate the appropriate IW part number from an adapter
definition .

The best part of IW's modularized adapters is that no configuration generated by the configuration builder (below) is considered a "special", even if you're only looking for a quantity of one piece!
